for me in fact it's a question of time, money and keels

i have enough experience in sailing micro magics with german rules and international rules. when you're used to one rule, forget about switching to another one at high level. there are huge differences in the feeling for the boat.
now all my equipment has been optimized for changing keels. ok, you maybe think that's not a big effect since i'm using different riggs as well. what i didn't figure at the beginning was that we're not allowed even to move the keel.
right now i'm moving the keel, when changeing the rigg, to get back the balance of the boat. when i'm not allowed to move the keel i have to build all the rigg stuff again because now the balance has to match with one keel position. since i can't test here with other rg65 i would go to a WC without any experience... that's not a easy decision. 175 € + 5 days of vacation + hotel etc. pp... and all that i pay for testing my boat? if i would have the experience of course i would be glad to come. changing the keel is something that is necessary but could be managed if not allowed. changing the keels position between the races and not only between the days is a must.
you know, i get bashed every year at the Micro Magic EC because i don't have the slightest idea how to sail with the light keels. this i get for less money and less vacation and somehow i can deal with it. knowing that you don't have the slightest chance to be competitive because of the rules is not something i enjoy, so 2 days of frustration for a regular EC or one full week of frustrations for a WC. this decision does not take very long and you don't have to have second sight qualities to know the decision...
get the keel rules changed and i'm in immediately. if not i'll take a decision the very last minute, but i guess i wouldn't come.
